I saw a need in the beauty industry, and had the perfect solution.

I also love connecting people so it’s no surprise I created something that does just that.

In 2016, I co-founded a blowdry and beauty bar in Lake Charles, Louisiana. As a salon owner, I saw firsthand how challenging it could be to fill last-minute appointment slots or connect with new clients beyond our immediate circle. At the same time, as a client, I faced the challenge of finding beauty professionals that fit my schedule and style — especially last minute.

My personal experience on both sides of the industry inspired the creation of BeautyFindr.

Before my maternity photoshoot, just two hours before the session, the salon I was booked with canceled my blowout and makeup appointment because a stylist was sick. It was a Saturday. I found someone to do my hair but couldn’t book a makeup artist in time — and the stress of that moment stuck with me. I knew there had to be a better way to connect clients and beauty professionals, not just in emergencies, but for everyday needs, special events, and everything in between.

Whether you’re:

  • Preparing for a big event or booking a routine appointment

  • Looking for a quote for your bridal party

  • New to the area and building your go-to beauty team

  • Traveling and want to stay on top of your routine

  • Or just treating yourself to a facial, spray tan, or lash fill

BeautyFindr makes booking beauty professionals that fit your style and schedule easy.

After 9 years as a salon owner, while being a busy wife and mom of two young girls, I understand the needs of both the beauty professionals and the consumers. Our goal is to help the beauty professionals expand their client network and grow their business, while making it easy and less time consuming for clients to find beauty professionals to provide services they need when they need them.
